It's that time of year again, 4 rounds to go in the AFL and everybody has a tip for the Brownlow. Our office have taken a surprising amount in the last 4 weeks, with action on a number of players. With Luke Darcy now outright favourite @ $5.00 we have laid some nice wagers at odds of $13.00 just 4 weeks ago and an interstate punter was happy to throw $500 on him this morning @ $5.00. His playing partner Brad Johnson has had support @ $16.00 with a bet to collect $5000 being placed before last weeks vote catching game. Ben Cousins has his fans with bets of $1500ew @ $4.50, being followed with a $2000 wager @ $5.00, and this week a Sydney client still keen to place $1000 on him @ $6.00. A surprising bet of $1000 @ odds of $71.00 was placed on James Hird the week he made his comeback. Jason Johnson also from the Bombers came in for some support @ odds of $51.00. The biggest bets have been placed on Josh Francou in the last 2 weeks, not surprising seeing his form has been excellent. One of our local clients very happy to place a bet of $2000 x $1000 on Francou @ odds of $10.00 forcing us to make him now clear 3rd favourite. Ports Captain Courageous Matt Primus will take over $30000 out of our coffers after we bet the odds of $81.00 for bets of $250 & $150. Adelaide punters not happy with last years result have been keen to throw on Mark Rucciuto with mulitply bets being placed on him $250 @ $81.00, $200 @ $51.00 & $100 also at $51.00. If our readers remember a few weeks back in Global Gossip we tipped Des Headland as a roughie, he has been backed in from over $201.00 to be now at $26.00 with one lucky client claiming us for a $20.00 e/w bet for a collect of $2500. Other players that should be of interest in the next few weeks should be S King @ $14.00, B Harvey @ $21.00, P Haselby @ $41.00, A Simpson @ $41.00, A Stevens $51.00.
