POWER ODDS- ON FOR WIZARD CUP Port Adelaide has moved in to odds-on at TABSportsbet to win the AFL's 2002 Wizard pre-season cup. The Power went through the preliminary rounds undefeated and with a home semi-final on Saturday night they are now at $1.90 (after opening at $6.50) to defend their pre-season title from last year. Richmond's favourable semi-final draw, playing at Colonial Stadium, sees them on the second line of betting at $3.85 just ahead of Adelaide at $4.50. Both the Tigers and the Crows have been well supported during the cup, with Richmond carrying one bet of $2000 at their opening price of $12.00, whilst Adelaide have gained support as they have gained momentum. One punter backed the Crows early in the betting, wagering $2,000 at $11.00 whilst another fan has backed them twice during the prelims with bets of $3,000 at $6.00 and $5,000 at $5.00. The Sydney Swans are the longest price of the four semi-finalists at $5.75 and will be at big odds to topple the Power at Football Park on Saturday night.
