The user must agree not to resend, forward, reproduce or communicate any information sent by OnThePunt (including by SMS) without prior permission. Any breach will result in immediate termination of the service, without refund.

Selections will be transmitted via email, usually between one and three hours before the the start of men's singles play at each tournament.

There is no guarantee on the number of "plays" offered in the service on any particular day. Some days will have none.

Users should be aware that ATP tournaments take place all over the world in many different time zones. The service can be transmitted to the user at any hour of the day.

OnThePunt takes no responsibility for delayed or failed email/SMS delivery where circumstances fall beyond our control.

The total number of individual users around the world with access to the paid service will not exceed five-hundred (500). The service is exclusive to OnThePunt users.

Up to three (3) randomly selected tips per week may be posted at the OnThePunt website to be accessed by non-paying users.

The selections and analysis from each tournament may be published at OnThePunt.com, after the tournament is completed. Further, all results will may also be published on the website.

The service is transferable and email addresses for delivery of the service may be changed or amended.

OnThePunt guarantees that the same individual has been posting the tennis analysis at OnThePunt since 2001 and will continue to do so. Any change in this status will be made known to users as soon as it is possible.

All clients of OnThePunt shall be deemed to be acquainted with these Terms and Conditions of Use and to have agreed to be bound thereby.

These Terms and Conditions of Use are applicable to all users of OnThePunt's tennis service and are subject to change and revision by management without prior notice.

DISCLAIMER

Users must be aware that the service offered - specifically it's recommendations - require a form of gambling that contains some risk. Users are encouraged to bet only what they can afford and within their own means.

Previous results have been highly successful, but OnThePunt does not offer any guarantee on anticipated results or profits of the service in the future.

No refunds will be offered on any tennis package. If, due to circumstances beyond our control the service is unable to be provided for a period of time, OnThePunt will attempt to extend package terms to cover any time lost.
